- simple car upgrade workshop test at the beginning of a stage
- health (wip):
- will spawn Panzertape/duct tape every few seconds, based on health percentage
- when taking damage, vehicle will lose a wheel; you can collect the wheel to heal
- hitting glowing cars/pedestrians will lower your heat level
- current direction indicator: arrows and glowing lines (top and bottom)
- cars may change lanes
- misc...
